All of Tactile Services, LLC detectable warning tile products shall come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. Your warranty shall begin from the date of sale of your ADA compliant tile, and encompasses a variety of defects. This written guarantee protects your ADA tiles against manufacturer’s defects, defective work, breakage, deformation, fading, and loosening of tiles. If any of these occur in your Tactile Services, LLC product during the warranty period, then it shall be repaired or replaced at no cost.

The Tactile Services, LLC warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from improper use, improper installation, external causes, intentional misuse or abuse, neglected or improper annual maintenance, vandalism, or modifications to the product or installation procedure.

Cutting your tiles will not void your warranty, as they are designed to be cut and modified to fit in any space. If you are experiencing issues cutting your tile, or are concerned about the process, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
